Over the past month RTI has been very busy with the release of four exciting new products – just in time for CEDIA Expo next month.
There's the RTiPanel iPad/iPhone app, the T2-Cs+ handheld controller, the XP-3 control processor, and the AD-8 eight-zone distributed audio system. Read more...

This September at CEDIA in Indianapolis, new RTI spinoff company PRO Control will officially debut their inaugural product lineup. This includes two hybrid remote controls, two central control processors, plus a unique solution that combines software for a smartphone, tablet or PC with a basic hard buttoned remote control. With this weekend’s catastrophic hard drive failure on my work system finally resolved, I have been able to complete the third part of our CEDIA Technology Updates video series.

At CEDIA 2010 held next week in Atlanta, Georgia, URC will be making it clear why they no longer want to be known as “Universal Remote Control Inc.” While URC normally has a number of nifty new things at CEDIA to show off, this year the now more generically named tri-letter company will be introducing an impressively large slate of new products, including ones that definitely don’t qualify as universal remote controls.
