These highly anticipated additions to the Control4 line of video intercom solutions deliver dedicated, always-on control functionality, along with a convenient high-quality communications experience at an exceptional value for homeowners and businesses.
Central to the video intercom solutions is the new Control4 7" In-Wall Touch Screen with Camera - a sleek capacitive touch screen that mounts on the wall for dedicated system control and communications. It supports Wireless-N and Ethernet connectivity, and is powered either by Power over Ethernet (PoE) or AC power options. The Touch Screen enables seamless video-intercom interoperability with other Control4® video intercom-capable products, and audio intercom compatibility with the current 5" and 7" In-Wall Touch Screens.
Rounding out the Control4 video intercom solutions is the new Control4® Door Station, providing an exceptional video intercom experience from outdoor locations such as an entry gate or front door - enabling consumers to see who is requesting entry from the safety and convenience of their home or office. In addition to supporting WiFi and Ethernet connectivity, with AC or PoE options, the Door Station includes two contact sensors and one relay that could be used for monitoring as well as opening doors and gates. These sensors and excellent video capabilities allow the customer to experience safety and security at a new level because of their newfound ability to monitor the exterior of their home directly from the comfort of their living room.
