Star Trek First Contact
(3 votes)
Location:Initial Borg attack
Features:Full use of 5.1
Description:This is an outstanding scene to show to anyone who doesn't have dolby digital. Because of the flying ships in all directions, the torpedo shots, and the phaser blasts, your speakers and sub get a real workout. Turn up the sub to hear the engines of the Enterprise hum right before they fly off to battle.

Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace
(9 votes)
Location:Pod Race Scene
Features:Great Bass and use of multiple channels
Description:Pod Race is most excellent! The scene when they fire up the engines really shows off a sub and how it adds to the total soundtrack. Perfect for someone who's trying to convince someone who doesn't yet have a sub in their system. Play the scene once without the sub and then again with it and they'll be convinced!

Next goto scene with Obi Wan chasing Fett in the asteroid field. Nice sound effect used for the charges. Finally, head to the scene where Yoda shows up and enjoy the battle.
