Im looking for a universal remote control for my dreambox DM800 HD PVR. But it must have a timer I can program so it can change between two channels at particular times, e.g 8am cahannel 1 and 8pm channel 2, and it has to do same procedure every day without being touched. It does not have to be a handheld type.
Does anyone knows if that kind of remote control exists? Brand?

There are no current models of universal remote with timers. You need to look on ebay for older models like Memorex CP8, CP8 Turbo, Realistic 15-1901, 1901A, and 1903. Some Sony models like av3000 or av3100.

the URC MX890, mx1200, urc ios, urc android all have event timers built in which allow for events to be triggered by time of day. You can accomplish exactly what you are looking to do. Couple the remotes with a rf base to ensure the codes are delivered. The IOS and Android apps will require you to have a mrx1/2 basestation which will also ensure the codes are delivered properly.
