I'm moving my gear to a closet as it will stay cleaner and temps are better than in the garage and need advice on a remote. I'll have two receivers, an Onkyo and an Integra, 2 amps, an Emotiva and a Beringer, a Sony Bluray, and a Direct tv box. I'll have a tv on the patio at times but not always. I need a remote that can control everything and show the status of the Integra receiver when the tv is not being used. The Beringer amp has no trigger switch so any advice on how to control it without going to the closet would be great. I listen to a lot of music through a Sonos system and control this with my ipad. Any advice on a remote for this application that a novice can program and not be to pricey I would appreciate.

I paid $10 on Amazon for a OneForAll 5-device remote, backlit with 50 code learning capability. Awesome design for the money. Highly recommend
