I have a standard Yamaha 2 channel amp, no HDMI, no surround. I want to use it for simple 2 channel from my Panny plasma.

I need a remote that will handle both RF and IR so I can use just one remote for eveything.

Any suggestions?

All universal RF remotes (except Harmony Home) are also IR. How exactly would you be using RF?

The OP's oem remote is probably WIFI or Bluetooth. And so might not know that non-stick roku's accept IR as well. If all they have is roku stick, of course they are out of luck controlling it with universal remote.

Right you are, I forgot that I can use an IR remote with the ROKU.

So now I just need a recommendation for a simple remote that will power on my TV, control volume on my AVR and run the ROKU.

The simpler the better. I have too many women and children using the equipment to teach them!
