I've narrowed down to these 2. My friend has the MX-500 and loves it, so I was going with it, but then found the URC300 for less and I like the looks of a little better. Much differnece between the 2 besides touchscreen?

I only need to control a TV, cable/dvr, DVD, & receiver for now.

Well the Mx is a better remote than the 300. They both are great remotes. but the MX has a bigger lcd, and more Customization available on that LCD. I would sugguest the URC300 in this case, but since your finding the MX500 cheaper than the 300 why not go for the better remote?

Thanks for reply. Already ordered the URC300 off Amazon for $53. Figure I can't go wrong for that price. Can always eBay it and get MX-500 if I don't like it....
