I am sick to death of using the remote with the DVD Recorder to enter titles for items I have recorded (e.g. up up up up up up up, enter, down down down down down, left enter etc).
If I had a remote control that supported macros, I could program it so that a particular button sent a particular sequence (e.g. A= 'home, down, enter').
But all of the learning remotes I have found do not have enough buttons (I need 27 of course) and/or don't support macros. There are lots of QWERTY keyboard remotes but none appear to send IR signals (obviously they are bluetooth).
So I wondered if there was a remote control out there that might work for me or should I give up forever...
*Only the gods of stupidity can explain why they couldn't just provide a usb port for a keyboard...
