I need a remote with a directional pad, center button, and maybe 6-8 other buttons. All of the buttons need to be learning buttons. I have an Apple TV, and its remote works great, but I would like to be able to turn the TV on/off, and change the volume on my sound bar with the same remote. The directional buttons don't need to be programmable, because the Apple TV can do this internally (it can learn a remote), but I need to be able to have the remote learn the signal for volume +/- and TV on/off.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Thanks John Vickers

What kind of budget do you have? Do you think you'll be expanding your setup anytime soon? Do you want a remote that is computer programmable (and offers more functionality) or something simpler which is programmed via the on-screen interface?

Don't really have a budget. I doubt I will be expanding anytime soon, and I want it to be super easy for my wife to use, which is why I want so few buttons. I don't have a programming preference, as long as it is fully programmable.
