Hello all! I'm considering buying a this:
[Link: thinkgeek.com]
and I want to know a little bit about it beforehand, but I did not get very much information from the product reviews that I found. First, is it able to control projectors which use an infrared remote as well? Also, is it able to jam projector remotes, whether or not it is able to control them? Finally, what I noticed in the reviews is that people who order it seem concerned about whether or not it can control many US tvs based on the manual, which contains mostly chinese tvs. None of them, however, gave a straight answer as to whether it actually works. What range of US tvs does it control? Does that include new HDTVs as well as old, boxy tvs? What about set-top-boxes and DVD players?

Thanks in advance!

Spend the 20 bucks and find out for yourself. It's a prank IR jammer. It basically overpowers any incoming IR signal.
