I have a Mitsubishi wd65831 and a ysp-11oo digtal sound projetor and a dvd player and cd player I have direct tv I have to use all remotes one for direct tv one for the tv one for the sound system., I want a good one that will do it all but simple for the family thanks John G

I have the same problem that don't know which remote I should buy. We have a big screen 60" RCA TV which we bought it in early 1999. I think the model # is P60925BLYX1, a RCA 'Home Theatre in a box' which we bought in 2000, don't know the model #, a Panansonic DVD-CV36 and a Sharp VCR VC-A410. The RCA Home Theatre came with a universal remote control, but we could never get it to control either the DVD player or the VCR. I think it may be because we bought DVD player and VCR after the home theatre system. Now it worn out and some of the buttons don't work. My husband bought a Radioshack 6-in-1 Remote Powered by Kameleon model #15-2137, and it wouldn't work with the home theatre system. I just want to know which universal remote control will work with all my of 4 items and i don't need a fancy one, as long as it do the works. Could anyone suggest which one we should buy? i will be very appreciated because both of us don't know anything about remote control.
