I made the mistake of purchasing a floor model olevia 437-s11 tv which didn't include the remote control. At the time I figured I'd get a universal remote, no big deal. So three years later I'm tired of getting up to change the volume and cycling through all the inputs one at a time. I was looking at Harmony's because someone mentioned they might work on olevias. I'd love it to also run the AT&T uverse and if possible the XBOX 360. I don't really need anything fancy like a touch screen just a remote that will help my lazy rear stay on the couch.

There's lots of options. Your TV uses the NEC1 IR protocol, device 4.185. Any Harmony will work, and most learning remotes will send any of the signals that are available in your OEM remotes. I think the RCA RCRP05B is a good choice. It comes with codes for your devices, and additional functions can be added by manual keypad entry or by learning. $15-20 at Best Buy, Sears, Walgreens, etc. Use Setup code 11610 for the Olevia 22083 for the Xbox 360 01998 for the Uverse (actually AT&T use a variety of vendors, but 01998 works with the most common boxes. Post the model if you're worried about it.)
