Are there any reasonably priced remotes that will allow you to program a favorites channel loop/list that is internal to the remote and completely independent of the TV set?
Ideally, there would also be the capability to scroll through the favorites channel list in both directions.
Thanks

Harmony 880 or 720 will do what you want. You can even have the station logos displayed on the screen.

URC's MX-700, MX-850, MX-900, and MX-950 does that also, minus station logos.

The MX-500, 600 and 650 also have a separate FAV button that allows you to input your FAV channel numbers allowing you to put them in any order, and then push the button and have the channel numbers sent to your TV. The ones OTAHD recommend are similar, and include PC programming. The ones I've mentioned do not.
