Short Story:
Want an activities based remote mixing multiple devices and marcros that I can map at least one custom function button not in a vendor database.

Long Story:
My trusty Pronto is on its last legs, and I'd like to replace it with something not too pricey.

I don't have a complicated setup. There's no XBox or PS3, just a Kuro 5020 TV, a Blu-ray player, and a Comcast DVR. Also, I only need the one remote, since I only have the one TV.

I want to do an Activities based setup. I primarily watch TV using the DVR, so the volume buttons would control the AV receiver, the channel buttons control the DVR, and the screen would split between DVR and TV functions, with hopefully macros.

The Kuro has a lot of discrete codes.

One last catch, with the Comcast DVR you can remap any of the buttons to do a 30-second skip forward, as explained here:

I doubt this function would be in any code database.
