It is my understanding that discrete codes are needed for Power On/Power Off rather than simply toggling the power on a unit and possibly getting it out of sync with other units. So far I am looking at the Harmony One or perhaps the 659 or even the 700. Will they support discrete codes for my equipment? Thanks.

All of your gear has discrete codes. I dont know Harmony well but I would assume you can use discrete codes but Harmonys whole deal is status tracking so discrete codes is not as big of a deal.
However, with the knowledge of discrete codes you may consider a more professional product than the Harmony line.
