Hello everyone,

I came across this forum in my search for a simple remote that has a favorite channels feature. I'm not sure of the proper "lingo" to describe what I'm looking for (probably why I was unsuccessful on Google), so I'll try to explain it:

I have a Toshiba TV that I plug my Charter Cable cable directly into (a.k.a., no set top box). The tv lets me save 12 favorite channels that I can "toggle" through hitting the "Fav+" or "Fav-" keys on my remote. The 12 channels are stored in the TV, not the remote.

I was hoping to find a simple, "cheap" ($10-$30) remote that had it's own favorite channel memory and would allow me to store between 20-30 favorite channels that I could surf ("toggle") through the same way (with Favorites up/down buttons).

If anyone knows of such a remote, I'd be grateful!

Thanks for any help in advance,

Roy.
