I need a universal remote control with the following capabilities:

- Discrete Code support
- Macros/Activities with timming
- Able to send X10 domotics compatible signals (RF if possible but ok if IR only)
- Elegant, something like a Pronto
- Under 150 eur (under 100 if possible)
- Direct access to PC-based digital music files is an extra (no need to turn on TV to play music from media center)

Does such thing exist?
