I know nothing about the remote capabilities out there, but am looking for something affordable that can do this:
- operate my samsung LCD tv
- operate my yamaha DSP-a1 reciever
- operate my time warner Samsung cable box
- operate my PS3 (for playing blu-ray movies)
I would like to hide all my units so I can operate these items via RF, but don't know what else I would need to accomplish this.

URC has a RF package RFS200 w/B&W text or you could get the MX450/MRF260 with a color display.
