OK, I hate to ask this but I bought a Harmony 900 and a family member ( an electrician) gave me a nevo c3 for xmas. My question is which one should I keep? For sake of ease or programming, usage, and features, just wondering which is better for me. I have a samsung plasma, yamaha receiver, ps3, that is about it. I know I need an adapter for the PS3 but not sure about the c3.

Any pros and cons would be appreciated, thanks in advance, tuni

I'd say it's a coin toss as they both program essentially the same, the Harmony a little easier.

The NEVO C3 and others from NEVO are pieces of crap.

They lack just about every feature they claim to have.

Interface for programming is very slow to get the remote set up.

The logitech is in a totally different league. It is a much better entry level remote and it even feels like a well built remote.

Run your fingers across the NEVO buttons. They feel like they will rub off.

I guess it doen't matter at this point as the poster decided on the UEI. Sounds like a DIY, and the RTI won't give him/her any satisfaction as they don't provide software...

I'd take the Nevo over a Harmony any day of the week.

I was given a C3 to try out. I had it programmed to work my equipment in about 3 minutes, without ever opening the manual. It's not a bad little emote for a DIY'er.

As far as the newbie's comment about stepping up to RTI for a real remote, that's like telling a Mustang owner that if wants a real sports car, he should step up to a Ferrari.
"You can't fix stupid."
