I purchased a Pronto TSU9600 and have had the worse luck on trying to get the thing program. Hired one company and $1k later (changed equipment again, and programmer really doesn't want to mess with it), it still does not work. I am looking into purchasing a different remote now. I have a Halcro SSP200, Arcam DV139, Marantz VC6001, Pioneer Elite Bluray, Sony SXRD, RFX9600, RS232 and Lutron switches. I would like to get something that will control all of this, withouth having to replace all the lite switches, but I can expand to control thermostat, and security system. Any advise out there that you can give will be greatly appreciated. I do not want to make another mistake on a remote. My husband may not be so forgiving a second time. Thank you in advance.

You didn't get a bad remote, just a bad programmer. You can call the distributor and get a few recomendations for people in your area who can help you get what you have in working order, as well as see to expanding your system.

I am sending a link to this to my contact at the disty.

Dalto,

It was working fine before we changed to a Halcro Sound Processor. I have tried to program it for the Halcro but have not had much luck. I have recently contacted Only One Remote. They said they can program it for us, but a little worried as the man I spoke to (very nice guy) said they have only done maybe 2 remotes with Halcros. This is why I am just thinking about getting a new remote. I have already had to upload the program we have in it again as it appeared to have lost it's memory. With the headache I have had with this thing, not sure if I want to put more money into it.

Thank you,
Sheri
