I'm looking for a list of all the most important worldwide countries and the radio frequencies allowed in each for low power devices remote control (e.g in EC states 433,92MHz is Ok).

Most important countries? I guess that depends on who you ask. Every country is the most important to the people who live in it. Here in the USA you can goto www.FCC.gov and get more than you want about what RF's are for what here.

Generally speaking 433 MHz is "legal" in most (but not all) countries. 418 MHz is more common in North America, and for some reason 433 MHz while allowed is quite rare.
