Im digging URC and RTI.. the only question to ask yourself is touchscreen or LCD? Both of these have the right amount of hard buttons and editable screen realestate IMO.

All 3 are so different, I don't know which one to suggest... ....seeing as you give no clue as to what makes them appeal to you.

How about a Harmony..?

I am capable of doing the programming...i'm not a complete nimrod. I'm confident I can handle it. Famous last words...

I've done my own personal research and I narrowed it down to these 3. I like all 3 just can't decide which one I would like to get more. That is why I came here to ask for "expert" advice.

Big fat NO on the Harmony.

If you're planning on following the "rules"

T2-Cs is out...no programming SW for you...strickly dealer only

MX-980 SW is up to the dealer to decide whether you get it or not...choose your dealer wisely.

TSU-9300 should have publically available SW, if they follow the same policy as they have with their other remotes.

So...if you're following the "rules", it's between the 980 and 9300.....,maybe... and they have different form factors IMO, so pick your poison.

Good luck..
