Recently got a nice home theater situation set up, only problem is the mess of remotes...
my components are, a Sony WEGA TV, Comcast Digital box, Reciever, DVD player, xbox 360, and if possible i'd like to keep the price of it under $250...

Now further "reasonable" demands... my mom who financed all this isn't so good with much anything technical so the remote should be as user friendly as possible, although I wouldn't mind having to program it on the pc....not asking too much am I?

EDIT: After reading the review for the Kameleon, that's looking pretty good, nice and cheap especially...

No, the Kaameleon's not good IMO.

Try the MX-850 or MX-700 from URC. More expensive than the Kameleon, but definitely worth the money.
LET'S GO BUFFALO!!!

Try one of the Logitech Harmony remotes.

Another vote for Harmony. They can't be beaten for user friendliness.
