Hello eveyrone. I am working with an LG for the first time and from what i understand using its manual, in order to change to HDMI3, I need to send the following command:

xb 1 10010010\r

where x and b are commands 1 and 2, then space, then the set id, then space, then the external input choice (1001 for hdmi), and then the input number (0010 for hdmi3), capped off by a Carriage return. Although my on/off commands work fine, this one doesnt. any ideas what i might be doing wrong?

Thank you.

This thread may help

[Link: remotecentral.com]

The screen I was working on only has two HDMI inputs so there was no need to go further, however this may help a little more.

HDMI 1 = xb 1 A0\r

HDMI 2 = xb 1 A1\r
