Hi
Does anybody have ANY documents outlining the protocol one can use to control an LG air-conditioner unit via one of their rs-485 gateways...in other words I want to control the air-conditioner by sending strings over an rs-485 bus which will then pass through the LG RS-485 gateway and into the air-conditioner itself.
I have always enjoyed integrating LG equipment of any type because of the great support given(SERIOUS SARCASM IN MY TONE THERE)...
any help would be greatly appreciated!

Going to use a crestron controller...i finally managed to get a protocol document from the guys at LG today, so lets see how it goes when i test it out
