I called Dynex Tech Support but I'm sure if I could have seen the look on the operators face it would have looked like a deer in the headlights. I looked in the manual and there are 2 things it says. 1) Control Port RS-232. 2). Service use only. Do not use. Well, there is a separate service port on the othe side of the back that says service port so I'm not so sure. The operator did give me 6 brands that share the same IR codes but would like the option of RS-232. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks in Advance
