I'm attempting to control a Sony BDP-S1100 blu-ray player via IP from a Crestron MP2e. I've communicated with Sony devices using an IP Client bridge on various socket before, but I can't seem to find the socket that this device would use. Additionally, does anyone have access to any codes to pass into the device via the ethernet port?

I would just use RS232, but there is no comm port on the player.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and earn you several chocolate chip internet cookies.

I'm pretty sure the S1100, S3100, or S5100 did not support any IP control back then.

Considering how cheap that bluray player was, how old it is (7 years old), it doesn't support several popular streaming service anymore; it would be best to just buy another modern bluray player that does have IP control.
