I have a client with a bunch of LG WebOS smart TVs. I have them all controlled by global cache serial connections and it works great at first. Then they randomly stop responding. I need to go in with the IR Remote and reset to factory in order for them to start working again.
Has anyone seen this behavior?

What is "them"? Which model TV's? Which model Global Caché?
