Samsung Frame 2019 uses the standard Ex-Link (RS232) port and standard set of Ex-Link commands.

You can use this program to test by connecting your computer to the TV. Connect the Ex-Link cable to the TV: [Link: amazon.com]

The connect the Ex-Link cable to your computer: [Link: amazon.com]

If you want to control with a unit, you can, instead, connect the Ex-Link cable tot he TV and then to one of many Global Cache networked devices:

GC-100 series: [Link: globalcache.com]

iTach series (WF2SL or IP2SL): [Link: globalcache.com]

Hi...in my case the ones I've tried are power on/off, volume, and brightness. They all worked without a hitch. I don't know about any of the others.
The one thing I can't figure out is if there's a way to disable the fullscreen OSD background that fades everything when setting volume and brightness via the EX-Link port. I'm using my TV as a PC monitor, so I want these things to be as invisible as possible except for the result.
