I am having trouble controlling an IIZEL TV via rs232 using a Pronto Pro + Serial Extender.
I have checked the control system with other products and it works perfectly, I have tried a null modem cable, straight through cable and a null modem with loopback cable. However, I am able to control the TV via Hyper Terminal with reasonable success.
There is not alot of info in the book, but I know the codes do work due to using them via hyper terminal. The only other info is reguarding the comm settings.
Has anyone successfully controlled an IIZEL TV via RS232 and a Pronto?
