Is there a reason you aren't using IR or RS232 which are proven more reliable?  Many tvs (like Samsung) turn off their lan jack when the TV turns off.  (They don't have a net standby mode).

I searched for your TV, and everything is German.  I think I could probably find IR codes for you, but I am definitely not going to be able to find IP controls for you, and if I did, I'm sure translating them to English wouldn't go well.

i have a 232 code for all function, but i don't know work with lua code...
