I am trying to get feedback from a 2013 samsung TV using IP commands.

The kind of feedback I need is for example 1)whether the TV is on or not, 2)what the volume is, 3)which channel it is showing.

Based on the below link it is possible to get this kind of feedback on 2013+ models:

I am finding multiple resources on how to control the TV using IP.

However, I am not able to find anything on how to get feedback from the TV.

I appreciate if you can point me to any exiting link.

I am also unable to find the Wake On LAN commands for the 2013/2014 Samsung models.

just a correction. Samsung does not support wake on lan.

I am still looking for ways to get some feedback from the TV. will update if I have any luck.
