Wondering if anyone has RS232/IP codes for the HDMI inputs on the new Sony STR-ZA3000ES receiver. I have all other functions working via IP control except the discrete HDMI inputs for HDMI2 through HDMI6. HDMI1 input is working using the old TV input code of 02 04 A0 42 00 16 F4. I have grabbed all files from RC and other sources that I could find, but no luck yet. Any help is appreciated.

BTW, I have tried these codes for HDMI inputs, but none work on this new receiver.

HDMI1=02 04 A0 42 00 21 F9
HDMI2=02 04 A0 42 00 22 F8
HDMI3=02 04 A0 42 00 23 F7
HDMI4=02 04 A0 42 00 24 F6
HDMI5=02 04 A0 42 00 25 F5
HDMI6=02 04 A0 42 00 26 F4

HDMI5=02 04 A0 42 00 25 F5
HDMI6=02 04 A0 42 00 26 F4

This receiver uses the same (general) code set as the STR-DA2800 (and 5800) receiver in terms of RS-232. Some of the codes are different. (An input call is ignore sometimes or goes to a slightly different input). I spent about 30 min on this several weeks ago and have a good idea of what codes do what. If you have a base 232 structure from the Sony model listed above, it will give you a good start. I will post the rest of the codes I have after I finish this McIntosh prewire.

I have a FULL (and I mean FULL) list of IR/RS232 for this and every other current model Sony Receiver and some further back.

Funny, I never got the IP control to work with this beast.  Do you still need these codes, as I see you posting in dual subF. about the same issue?

I have a full list of IR and RS232 codes for this receiver.  I am not confident it has IP control.  The code sheet did not list it or reference it.

Would you mind sharing these codes with me?

It appears that Crestron was able to control it with IP, btw.

What IP commands are you using for the volume up/down. I have everything else work except vol.

Thanks - Gary

Hello SysIntegration,

Could you please share the codes for the SONY recievers?
Specifically I am looking for SONY STR DN 1050 and it's IP codes and the feedback it generates.

Thanks in advance!
