I´m searching a cheap HD+ Satreceiver which has RS232 and for which i can get the codes :-)

RS-232 usually demands a higher price tag. I like Yamaha, but the 730 is much cheaper than the 830 which has RS-232. If that is in your budget I would highly recommend it for ease of use, network features and they sound pretty good too.
