Im looking for the codes to control the Crestron dm 8x8 matrix with the RTI XP8. any one have any experience??

That's not really doable. Crestron is a closed system the the DM switch is only meant to talk to a Crestron processor. There aren't "codes" per se. I suppose you could wireshark between a processor and a DM. But at that point why? You will have more time and expense than just using a Crestron processor in the first place.
