I know this is probably a real shot in the dark, but I'm looking for the serial codes for the McIntosh MEN220 room correction system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anyway to sniff them out using the custom eq curves software that uses the 232 port for communication?

I was wondering that myself so I'm hoping that someone can give me a clue as to how it's done

What's funny is that I am sitting here thinking that if anyone can do it, a founding member could. :-)

I've contacted McIntosh support and the only advice they have is for me to install the MEN220 Control software on my PC and see if there's a way to sniff out the codes. It seems that Crestron and AMX have tools to do this but I can't seem to find a Universal Remote tool that does the same thing.

Nothing on the dealer portal? Is there a dealer portal? I'll have to check to see if we have one. I've never needed it.
