I've got a GTV-AUDDEC-N and the remote only has input toggles, no discrete. I need the discrete codes and was given a doc by Gefen that only lists the codes as

Anybody able to help?

I tried some old ones that I found around, they didn't correspond to inputs on the new HDMI switch, they send other random commands.
