hey i got 2 problems with my nevo Q50 , first the battery is drained, is there anyway i can replace it and get it fixed

and 2nd wondering if there any programmers out there who can could help me


i've still got the nevo studio disk which is 1.1 , how do i go about getting the latest version ? any help would be very welcome

Amber Technology in Australia found a new battery supplier. You could try contacting them for the details.

As for the NSP. Install what you have. Register as a installer, then get the update.

But if you have 1.1 it sounds like you have Nevo Studio. That is ONLY for the NevoSL remote. You need Nevo Studio Pro. Not sure where you can get that now. The remote has been discontinued for some time. I'm sure a installer could help you get a copy. Try contacting old dealers.

Previously, installers were very protective of the programming software (and quite rightly so) but there is no reason for this any more.

Please Note. NPS will NOT install on Windows 8. You will need XP or Windows 7.
