Any help appreciated !
I have tried for days to control an ADA Cinema rapture via its ADA bus port ( pin 1= ground / pin 2 RX / Pin 3 tx ) - this is connected via phoenix connector to an RJ45 that is connected to an RTI XP 3 RS232 port . i have tried swapping pin 2/3 around .
Ada rs 232 codes for vol up are : FF,03,00,01,5A,5E,FF
Within the Rti program i have pasted this code and tried various carriage returns within the Rti program with no luck .
Would appreciate any tips.

Your pinout is correct
for the command remove the comma's
FF 03 00 01 5A 5E FF
When pasting into RTI, make sure you have pressed the "Hex" button before you paste in the command.
