We are recalling scene selections from a Lutron Grafik Eye QS system via RS-232.
The control system is RTI XP8 and k4. The control commands
are sent to a Lutron QSE-CI-NWK-E Control Interface which communicates
to the Grafik Eye QS control panel. When a scene recall command is sent it
takes the Lutron about 30 seconds to render the command and then
finally recalls the scene. Any ideas on why it takes so long to render?
