Hi.
I want to talk to my Elan system via RS-232. I believe the issue I am having is that the baud rate of the extender (9600) and the one that my S12 video switch (19,200) does not match.

How can I configure the 2 to match?

I know there is something simple I am missing so if anyone could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
