I am programming my first DBX 1260 and it requires rs232 for the commands. The problem for me is that they do not give the commands, they have a string calculator that is suppose to give me the hex string. The instructions on doing this is VERY vague!!! Can someone just walk me thru on programming a command so that I can replicate it on others. My equipment list:

RTI XP8
RTI RK3-V
DBX 1260

I am just trying to get volume up, down, mute and sources. 1 and 5

Thanks for the help.

Thanks.

Hello MacrossZero,

The links you posted look to be dead links now. Can you please send me the Hex codes or point me in the right direction with updated links? Specifically looking for the Volume up / down. I have the Hex calculator to set specific levels, but not up or down from current level.

Thank you.
