Hi all,
I am in need of transfer tv (DTH) remote control data to a remote place where set up box sits(I cannot place setup box where TV is available but set up box should be controlled from TV place ).I am planning to decode the remote control data then serialize and transmit through internet after converting it to TCP/IP packet and Other end I have to reverse it.
Now my question is it feasible solution?.If yes How can I decode the set up box remote control data(Manufacturer may not reveal the protocol) ?
If no what is the alternate solution?
Thanks in advance
