How Serial commands for ATEN VanCryst 0404 matrix switch

in the manual is a tabel with the code
but noting works for me what am i doing wrong
does some people here have the good serial commands for me
working with URC Mx5000i + Mrx1

Try it like this:

Monitor 1 - Source B

Don't forget to set the baud rate correctly on the port.

Problem solved thanks to Duct Tape

"insert carriage return automatically" box was checked that is the problem with the Mx 5000i software (Residential Complete Control Program)

when i uncheked the option it worked fine
