Check the owner's manual. That's where it is for other Sharp panels. That is if they really have serial control.

Has anyone gotten the 80" to respond? I have had no luck with or without null modem adapter.

Is it on or off when you try to control it?
There are certain ones that require you to shut off the green features and such and also send an RS232 code to allow you to turn the TV on after you shut it off.

There are some spaces after RSPW1.. If you use a decent terminal you get a response that it works.
