Hi,
I wondered if there is a way to send commands from the Q50 to a device connected via TCP/IP?
You can add an IP device via the software I think but as the device I want to control is hard wired I am struggling to see how it would communicate?
I do have a wireless network as well but didn't think the Q50 could use that?
Thanks.
Adam :)

I do not think that the Q50 had WI FI. The S70 had that which is what the iP commands were for. Someone on here correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks

Timmy is correct. No Wifi with Q50. You will need an S70.

Thanks, I thought as much.
Shame as I like the hard buttons on the Q50, the S70 wouldn't be for me.

You could use a RS232 to IP converter. You would also need a Nevo NC-50 and Nevo RS232 cable.

Thanks D,
I have the NC-50 and some serial connectors, I just didn't know RS232-IP converters existed. :)
Any suggestions at a modest price?
Thanks,
Adam
