I have always used IR, first time RS232. I have it working BUT, the speed of the volume ramp is crazy fast! I am using the 232 codes from the ID library. I had to select the sustain box, but made no other changes. How do I slow it down?

What is your delay between repeats portion of the RS-232 command set to? My guess is 0.0. If that is the case try 0.1, which I have used on the MZC-88 with success. If that is still to fast, increase the delay time until you find what works best for you. Hope that helps.

Thanks guys... Correct the default delay is zero, so I'll give it a go next time I'm on site and let you know. Sounds like that should do the trick for me.
Thanks again

Hi Guys,

We had the same issue a while back and by playing with the delay times we where able to get a nice ramp. I had outstanding support from Sergio in the SC tech support department. If you still have trouble I would call him. He helped us walk through it.

Sorry for the delay.

That WAS the ticket. Thanks for the insight.
