I am using clipsal c bus interface to control lights. I want to convert hex command to rs232 command, and use that command in Dragon Drop software.
Please provide me the solution for this.

Try the c-bus web site. There are lots of documents available. It is not as simple as just converting HEX to RS232. It is a whole different world. There are checksums involved etc. [Link: www2.clipsal.com]D.
