I have a Pioneer unit and want to control it using IP. I got the protocol and it specifies port #8102, the IP address I set to 192.186.1.84 with mask 255.255.255.1 and gateway 192.186.1.1.
With these settings I have not able to control anything. I am not able to even connect to the port. So I know the port is wrong. I tried 23, 80 but no joy.
I will be sending Power ON command /A181AFBA/R.
Need help to finish installation. Thank you in advance.

IP and RS-232 control will be activated when the new firmware upgrade is available. That is supposed to be within the next two weeks. DLNA should become active as well. There is a note about the upgrade on the product sheets for the 3-D models though it is specific to the iControlAV iPhone app.
