I'm taking over a job done by another company. First time I've had to take over another company's speakercraft install. I thought I remembered a while back seeing someone post on here a way to upload the current MZC-66 configuration from the controller into EZtools, or is this completely impossible? Thanks in advance!

From what i've asked and I have tried, including asking top reps and tech guys....
The answer is NO! and a Big NO at that. They may be able to at the factory, and im guessing at that

Tell the customer to ask the original installer for a copy or ask them yourselves.

If they are going to switch installers its their right.

You be surprised how helpful it is sometimes to ask. Just be prepared for a no, but understand you may approach this in a nice way and get a YES...

Are they done with the system and have they gotten paid....check that first and beware.....Ive been called to finish a system that was never right from the get go....turns out they never finished since the owner never settled up..
